1. Service Agreement and Scope
   Before the commencement of any project, a clear agreement and scope of work will be provided. By agreeing to the project, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms of the project, including the deliverables, timeline, and costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

   2.1 Cancellation by Client

   • If you wish to cancel the project before any work has started, you may do so by providing written notice to Aavkar Productions.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of signing the agreement may be eligible for a full refund, provided that work has not commenced.

   • If the project is canceled after work has begun, you will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The percentage of work completed will be determined by Aavkar Productions based on the agreed project scope and timeline.

   2.2 Cancellation by Aavkar Productions
   In rare cases, Aavkar Productions reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued for any uncompleted work.

3. Refund Policy

   3.1 Non-Refundable Services
   Certain services provided by Aavkar Productions are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

   • Completed video production and editing services.

   • Custom design work (including logos, graphics, and branding assets) once delivered.

   • Marketing materials and digital content that have been approved and finalized.

   3.2 Partial Refunds
   For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be issued if you are not satisfied with the service provided, but only for work that has not yet been completed. Any partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project that remains unfinished at the time of the refund request.

   3.3 Refund Eligibility
   Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

   • If the final product does not meet the agreed specifications and scope of work.

   • If there is a significant delay in the delivery of the project without prior communication from Aavkar Productions.

   • If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts and no further revisions are possible.

4. Revision Policy
   All projects include a predetermined number of revisions, which will be outlined in the agreement. If additional revisions are requested beyond the agreed number, extra charges may apply. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction arising from changes requested beyond the included revisions.
